RECIPE: CACOA COLLAGEN BALLSThese are perfect f RECIPE: CACOA COLLAGEN BALLSThese are perfect for a mid morning snack or postpartum as a snack whilst feeding your little bub. You can also add these to your weekly delivery meals or in home cooking booking 💕Recipe: 1 cup of pitted dates soaked for 5 mins to soften 1 cup of almonds 1 cup of shredded coconut + a bit extra for coating 1⁄4 cacao powder 1 tbsp of melted coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla 1 pinch of salt 2 scoops of @designsforhealthaus full body collagen1) Drain soaked dates 2) Add coconut, almonds, coconut oil, vanilla, salt and collagen into a blender or thermomix for 5-10 second to blend and combine 3) Add dates to above mix and blend for another 5-10 seconds until combine 4) Roll mix into desired shape this should make approximately 12-16 balls. 5) Roll balls into desiccated coconut and into a glass containerKeep in the fridge for one week or in freezer for a month. Ricotta pancakes with mixed berries, @amphorelivin Ricotta pancakes with mixed berries, @amphorelivingfoods kefir and @honesttogoodnessau maple syrupJust what I needed today post workout!Ingredients: 500g ricotta cheese 20g coconut sugar 180ml milk of your choice 4 eggs separated 1 tsp of baking powder 1 pinch salt Unsalted butter for cooking Cinnamon for serving Berries of your choice for serving Maple syrup for serving Kefir/protein yoghurt for serving Flaked almonds for servingMethod: 1) Place ricotta, sugar, milk and egg yolks into mixing bowl and mix well. 2) add flour, baking powder, and salt to wet mix and set aside side 3) whisk egg whites so they they are stiff peaks then slowly fold into batter mix 4) heat up butter in a pan and start cooking pancakes It should make at least 15 pancakes 🥞 5) serve with maple syrup, flaked almonds berries, protein or kefir yoghurt and sprinkle of cinnamon#love #pancakes #kefir #protein #ricottapancakes #pancakes #organic #recipe #breakfast
