Our organic bone broth is a nutrient-rich ‘liquid gold’ made by simmering chicken or beef bones, with vegetables, garlic, onion, apple cider vinegar and pepper for 24 hours. The slow cooking process allows the bones to release minerals and as well as amino acids and essential fatty acids, into the broth.
