Organic postpartum meals aim to provide nourishing and healthy meals, healing broth and snacks to new mothers after giving birth. These meals typically include ingredients that are. free from pesticides, hormones, and other chemicals, and are made from organically grown fruits, vegetables, protein and grains.<\/p>\n

Our organic postpartum meals include homemade organic broth, herbs and spices that are known for their medicinal properties, such as ginger and turmeric. These meals can be customised based on individual dietary needs and preferences.<\/p>\n

The goal of our organic postpartum meals is to support the recovery and well-being of new mothers, and to provide them with the nutrients they need to care for their newborns.<\/p>\n

Postpartum packages includes:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

10 fresh meals and 5 breakfasts<\/p>\n

5x organic lunches (1 menu choice from our pregnancy\/postpartum menu)
\n5x organic dinners (1 menu choice from our pregnancy\/postpartum menu)<\/p>\n

5x organic breakfast (found on the snacks menu eg porridge or overnight oats)<\/p>\n

1x banana bread chocolate chip or plain (gluten free and dairy free)<\/p>\n

Choice of 2 menu options from Postpartum and Pregnancy menu or menu of your choice<\/p>\n

All ingredients are organic, true free range and locally bought<\/p>\n

Meals made to order and packaging in eco friendly and recyclable packaging
\nMeal can be frozen to keep at a later stage<\/p>\n

You can add on snacks or both which is located in our shop section<\/p>\n
