Lactation cookies are great snack with nutrients for breast feeding mothers, packed with ingredients called\u00a0galactagogues<\/a> (like oats, brewer’s yeast, and flaxseed) to naturally support and increase breast milk production, while also providing essential vitamins and minerals for postpartum energy. <\/span>They are essentially enhanced oatmeal cookies designed to nourish the mother and help with milk supply. We recommend 1-2 cookies per day to help support breast milk production. All organic ingredients except brewers yeast.
